  • EE (Active measures), Energy Management
In this case the following EE measures have been implemented: replacement of exterior doors and windows, insulation of exterior walls (EPS), facade and balancing heating system. According to the calculations of thermal needs of the building, required heat energy for heating the building is 473,381 kWh per year, while the actual consumption of thermal energy (in the period 2010 -2012) was 632,990 kWh. It could be concluded that the temperature inside the School is over the project. However, despite such a high consumption, satisfactory thermal comfort is not being reached. This is due to a very poor state of windows and skylights, imbalances of heating systems and poor management of the heating system. Specific energy consumption (actual) in 2012 amounted to: - specific energy consumption: 15.42 kWh / m2 year. - specific heat energy consumption: 180.44 kWh / m2 year, - specific consumption of total consumption: 195.87 kWh / m2 year
